If you sign up now for a subscription to the Maths Garden, you can get started immediately after completing the registration form. Subsequently, you will have 14 days to pay the subscription fees. If you haven’t made the payment within 14 days, your account will be closed and your registration will be cancelled. (NB: If the term of payment causes any problems for your school, please don’t hesitate to contact us via admin@mathsgarden.com). Before you order, please read the information below about the subscriptions carefully to ensure that you place your order correctly.

Math Garden Prices

The introductory price of an annual subscription to the Math Garden comes to:

  • EUR 25.- administrative fee, per order +
  • EUR 2.40 per player, per year
  • (all charges include 21% VAT)

For instance:

  • A family of 3 children pays EUR 32.20 per year.
  • A Remedial Teacher with 20 children pays EUR 73.- per year.
  • A school with 200 pupils pays EUR 505.- per year.

Alternate subscription period

You can also choose to take a subscription lenght for more or less than one year, with a minimum subscription period of 6 months. The charges per player are then determined using the following calculation: “number of months” divided by “12 months” times EUR 2.40.

Correct subscription period and number of users

Bear in mind that we are obliged to charge the basic administrative fee of 25 Euros for each extension or (re)order. For this reason, when ordering a school subscription, we advise you to order a number of extra accounts now. We frequently see that during a school year a couple of users are added to the total. Naturally, the accounts of children who have left school or who are no longer using the Math Garden for another reason, become available again for new users. For large schools one user too many or too few won’t present a problem, but we do ask you to make a realistic assessment of the number of users. Furthermore, we can offer you a discount on an extension of the subscription if you haven’t used many of the accounts for the entire subscription period.

Renewing accounts

It is of course possible to renew accounts during the subscription period. Doing so entails the 25 Euro administrative fee plus paying for each user’s remaining months of the subscription period of the earlier purchased subscription. When renewing accounts, you also have the possibility for an early extension  of the current users’ subscriptions.
